The hotel is 5 minutes' walk from Rapallo Train Station and near the dock for boats along the coast and to the Cinque Terre. Cinque Terre National Park and Portofino are accessible from the hotel by boat or train.

All 63 air-conditioned rooms come with a satellite TV, a minibar and a private bathroom with a hairdryer and toiletries. Selected rooms offer seaside views. Baby cots and extra beds are available upon request.
